At 38 years old I rec'd a tamden autologous transplant at the University of Pennsylvania. I am currently on 100 mg/day of Thyalidomide and managing the side effects. I feel tired all the time but other than that I feel great. Who knows...maybe this is the cure. This is very promising news for mm patients. C infusions have kept me well. My veins are no good due to many other infusions while on chemo. Being that I have del 13 myeloma. I have been really beating my head as to whether it was worth it to try any chemo at all.
