BARCELONA—A radiotherapy dose of more than 54 Gy improved survival in children with localized cerebral ependymoma in a large multicenter study from France that looked at the role of age, grade and dose on outcome in 177 patients over a period of 13 years. Oncology Times reporter Sarah Maxwell discussed the findings—presented at the 3rd ESTRO Forum—with lead study author Anne Ducassou MD, from Institut Claudius Regaud in Toulouse, France.
